There are a number of documents that govern the operation of the association and its members.
- Governing documents are the basic documents that set forth the rules that govern the operation of the association and the conduct of its members.
- Resolutions are documented decisions that interpret, clarify and amend the governing documents.
- Board minutes provide a record of the specific actions taken by the board to set policy for the association. These actions are all guided by the governing documents unless the board resolves to amend the documents.
